Coconut Milk Based Mushroom With Herb Rice

Method:

  1. Drizzle oil in a pan.
  2. Add 2 tsps freshly chopped garlic & half cup chopped onions.
  3. Add a bowl of chopped mushrooms.
  4. Empty 1 sachet of Orika’s Red Chilli Flakes.
  5. A tin of coconut milk.
  6. Add 1.5 tsp of Orika’s Smokey Garlic Marinade.
  7. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with parsley.


For the herb rice:

  1. Drizzle oil.
  2. Add 2 tsps chopped garlic.
  3. 1 sachet of Orika’s Red Chilli Flakes.
  4. Add a bowl of steamed rice.
  5. Add 2 tsps of Orika’s Black Pepper Powder.
  6. 1-1.5 tsps Orika’s Smokey Garlic Marinade.
  7. Squeeze 1-1.5 tsps of lime juice and cook the rice.
