Method:
- Drizzle oil in a pan.
- Add 2 tsps freshly chopped garlic & half cup chopped onions.
- Add a bowl of chopped mushrooms.
- Empty 1 sachet of Orika’s Red Chilli Flakes.
- A tin of coconut milk.
- Add 1.5 tsp of Orika’s Smokey Garlic Marinade.
- Transfer to a bowl and garnish with parsley.
For the herb rice:
- Drizzle oil.
- Add 2 tsps chopped garlic.
- 1 sachet of Orika’s Red Chilli Flakes.
- Add a bowl of steamed rice.
- Add 2 tsps of Orika’s Black Pepper Powder.
- 1-1.5 tsps Orika’s Smokey Garlic Marinade.
- Squeeze 1-1.5 tsps of lime juice and cook the rice.
