Tandoori Seasoning

To get started, try the quick and easy Tandoori Paneer Tikka recipe.

Preparation Time: 30–40 mins

Cooking Time: 30 mins

All you need:

• 500 gm paneer/chicken cubes,

• 2 tbsp Orika’s Tandoori Seasoning (1 tbsp = 8 gm),

  • 3 tbsp curd, 1 tsp mustard oil (1 tsp = 4 gm).


  • Mix Orika’s Tandoori Seasoning, oil, and curd together. Add paneer or chicken to the mixture and marinate.
  • Refrigerate the marinated dish for 30 mins.
  • Grill in a grilling pan or oven (preheated to 220°C) for 30 mins or until the paneer/chicken looks juicy and reddish-brown.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy the grateful first bite.
