INGREDIENTS:
Whole Wheat Flour, Ghee, Orika Mint Seasoning
METHOD:-
In a bowl, take 2 cups whole wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of ghee & 1 Tbsp. Orika Mint Seasoning.
Stir and Mix well
Now add water in parts. Mix and begin to knead the dough.
Set the bowl aside for 10-15 minutes, covered
Take a dough ball and Roll it into a 5-6 inch paratha.
Place the rolled paratha on a hot Tawa and spread some oil on both sides with a spoon.
Your Mint Parantha is ready to be served
