Step 1Clean and soak 200 gms of Rajma/Kidney Beans overnight with 600 ml of water and 1 tsp of Orika Rajma Masala.
Step 2Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pressure cooker. Add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 3 chopped onions, 2 chopped green chillies and 2 tsp of ginger garlic paste. Sauté them till the onions turn golden brown. Add 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp of Orika red chilli powder, 1 tsp of Orika turmeric powder, 1 tsp of Orika coriander powder, salt as per your taste, and mix them well. Cook on a medium flame for a minimum of 5 minutes.
